Urban Cheesecraft - 31 Days of Etsy

Well today's post is loading late....mostly because I have just now written it.  I knew October would be a busy month, and so far...it's truth.  Which includes me going back to work part-time the last few days,  So despite my best attempts at writing ahead, I depleted my prepped posts yesterday.  Can I just say not having my mid-morning nap really put a damper on my workday.  So as soon as baby girl was in bed last night, I was too.  Wiped. Out. So enter today's late blog post.....thanks for the grace on this one.

Today's shop is Urban Cheesecraft.

If there's only one food I could <try to> subsist on for the rest of my days it would be cheese.  And since I'm a lover of all things DIY, this shop is right up my alley.  Seriously folks, you can make your own cheese.  And good cheese.  Mozzarella. Paneer. Queso Blanco.  Feta.  Marscapone.  And all you need is the kit and a jug of milk.

If my Christmas stocking is full to the  brim with these I would be a happy girl.  I'd want the Deluxe kit, which has supplies for 30 batches of cheese.  And my family can attest that I would want to try and eat every. single. kind.  We have a saying in our family.....'Women sure do love their cheese."  Straight from my Pop Pop's mouth.....a man who also loved his cheese.  <insert irony>

Then there are smaller kits that specialize in a flavor or two.  Which seems to me to be a just as awesome way to test things out.

What I see as an original stocking stuffer idea, might be better as a science project for your kiddo, or a housewarming gift for a friend.
